V. Sattui Winery has been a client since 1990. MLG has assisted this client with the acquisition of hundreds of acres, conservation easement issues, and other real estate, business and land use matters. MLG also sought and obtained approval for the winery to be able to host 80 weddings and wedding receptions per year at the winery with a maximum attendance of 250 people per wedding. As a result of this approval, this winery is one of only a very few which can legally conduct weddings in Napa County. In addition, MLG obtained approval for the legalization of spaces for winery use as well as the legal recognition of winery activities including a daily visitation level of 2,625 visitors. | |
