Lynn joined the Meibeyer Law Group in October, 2003, and is currently an Associate Attorney. Prior to assuming this position, she attended law school at Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, California. During law school, in addition to serving in the United States Coast Guard as an active Reservist, she completed several internships. These include the First District Court of Appeals in Houston, Texas, Lawyers for Clean Water and Environmental Advocates and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region IX in San Francisco, California. In addition, Ms. Sletto was a published member of the Golden Gate University School of Law’s Law Review. Lynn served as an Active Duty member of the Coast Guard before attending law school. While in the Coast Guard, she completed nearly four years of sea duty and served as the Aide to one of the Coast Guard’s three-star Admirals. While serving as an active Reservist she has conducted search and rescue operations planning, managed an officer accession program, and provided legal assistance services to qualified military members and their dependents. Lynn has over 21 years of service in the Coast Guard and was promoted to Commander (O-5) on June 1, 2009. |
