We began our mediation practice in 1992 and have handled more than 300 mediations with a success rate exceeding 90%. Mediation is a wonderful opportunity to resolve disputes without participants having to lose control of the outcome. The parties share the costs, meet in confidential, private sessions, and reach more satisfying results in agreements facilitated by the mediator. Mediation is particularly effective when the parties have ongoing relationships (family members, business partners, neighbors) but can work in all forms of disputes, including real estate, business, land use, employment, and divorces. |
